My inspiration has always been about the exploration of color to complement the form. Since moving to Tucson, I have been blown away by the vibrant colors found here in the desert, and I explore all that color on the canvas as I paint. I am almost always surprised by the end result when all that color and movement comes together.

I paint primarily in acrylic, but have worked in oil and gouache as well. I love to sketch with pen, colored pencils and markers as well.
